The participants of this event are from Tanauan City, Agoncillo, Dasmariñas City, General Trias, and Lipa City of the South Luzon Mountain Province, the Province of Ilocos Norte, Baguio City, Tabuk City, the Province of Zambales, the Province of Bulacan, Nueva Ecija East, Nueva Ecija West, Cauayan City, and the City of Ilagan of the North Luzon. Marikina City, Muntinlupa City, Pasig City, Smokey Mountain Team, International Little League Association of Manila (ILLAM) of the National Capital Region.
